วัสดุป้องกันไฟลาม Bostik FP 311 Intumescent Graphite ยาแนวกันไฟคุณภาพสูง

เป็นวัสดุสูตรพิเศษที่ออกแบบมาเพื่อป้องกันการลามของไฟ, ควัน และก๊าซ ผ่านช่องเปิดในผนังและพื้นซึ่งมีการกันไฟเป็นพิเศษ  เป็นวัสดุยาแนวกันไฟชนิดน้ำแบบส่วนผสมเดียว ที่มีปริมาณกราไฟต์ที่ขยายตัวเมื่อโดนความร้อนในระดับสูง เมื่อสัมผัสกับไฟ วัสดุจะขยายตัวเพื่อปิดช่องเปิดรอบท่อที่ทำจากวัสดุไวไฟ (เช่น PVC) หรือท่อโลหะที่มีฉนวนไวไฟ Bostik FP 311 Intumescent Graphite ยังมีคุณสมบัติในการกันเสียงได้ดีเยี่ยม และออกแบบมาเพื่ออุดรอยรั่วจากงานระบบที่วัสดุยาแนวกันไฟทั่วไปไม่สามารถทำได้ เช่น ท่อพลาสติกขนาดใหญ่

BOSTIK FP 311 INTUMESCENT GRAPHITE

Product description

Bostik FP 311 Graphite is a high-performance firestop sealant designed to prevent the spread of fire, smoke, and gases through openings in fire-rated walls and floors. It is a single-component, water-based, fire-retardant compound that contains a high concentration of heat-expanding graphite.

When exposed to fire, the material expands and seals off gaps around combustible pipes such as PVC, or metal pipes with flammable insulation. It is especially effective for sealing complex service penetrations that conventional fire-rated sealants cannot handle, such as large plastic pipes. In addition to its fire protection capabilities, Bostik FP 311 Graphite also provides excellent acoustic insulation, making it ideal for use in commercial buildings, hospitals, and other critical facilities.
